Famous psychologist, author and speaker Anne Newton Walther passion for history led to writing her first book "a time Treason. "Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Anne grew up in Virginia and now lives in San Francisco with her husband.
It has been national television shows, television and local radio and is responsible for a psychological consulting firm.
Ms. Walther has taken his character the colorful French countess Eugénie Devereux (it was introduced in "A Time of Treason") on another adventure through history. This time, however, the beautiful Ms. Devereux is back in France and is in the midst of the French Revolution. His loyalty to the royal family is torn because that his love for his country and his people. Eugenie and her castle were caught in the middle and it becomes a popular place for the nobles, soldiers and commoners. Then one day, Queen herself paid a visit to the castle.
Eugenie Devereux has forged alliances and has many friends in the world. One such friend, an American, proposes to the exile the royal family to America. This fact is little known in history books and very little is not easy to Google. The plans would be considered the royal family to America and put them in their own little kingdom. There Would they live their lives in peace and tranquility while retaining their status as the French royal family. The plan is completed and ready to proceed when the tragedy struck as a visitor.
What happens is when the story but the way Ms. Walther this is most intriguing. "Loss of InnocenceÂ" is a fascinating book that describes the struggles of the revolution and the emotions of people who have experienced it.
If you're a history buff and as your history a little more personal, so it's a must read. I must say "it has not been for my knowledge of French, I May not understand made. some remarks: "If this is the case with you, then I suggest you have a French pocket book translation practices. It will make some passages much more interesting. I loved the few peppering of French in the dialog box but it may be a mild irritant to others. I gave an A + and considered it an excellent read. Binding is quality, artistic work of high caliber and higher content.
