National Art Gallery
Behind the National Art Gallery in Ottawa, there are bleachers and a stage (and a statue of Champlain, I think)
What is the point called? I know it has something to do with McKinlley point or something like that. Can anyone help me out in Ottawa? Oh, and there is a courtyard where visitors from outside the Upper and Lower Towners once had a fight, and now there is a large statue of a bear there. You know the name of this place too? Thank you!
This is called Point Nepean .. great view from there ... As for the bear, I believe that you speak of is on the Sparks Street (which is now a pedestrian crossing).
