How can I stop regretting it!?

Okay, I'm 15 and lately I seem to be too sensitive to guilt and regret. The last thing is that on google i was looking gothic vampires and a site I found I took this picture, I was completely shocked considering it was supposed to be a demon, he was an image of a family, apparently in a field, and they were without the sheets (with child) With whom seemed to be happy. I know I regret not fall over because, as it was completely by chance and took me by surprise as well as it seems not to be malicious, but I for some reason were overwhelmed by guilt and regret and I do not really know how to stop, its driving me crazy, I just want to know really how to stop all this together, because for the last few months and then all ways seems to be something that I regret the feeling of guilt or donkey I come to get rid of it something else seems to come.
